I. Consignment acceptance
The shipper submits an application for cargo transportation to the station, fills in the cargo waybill and a copy of the waybill. After receiving the cargo waybill, the station shall review whether the application for the whole vehicle has approved monthly, ten-day cargo transportation plan and daily vehicle plan, and check the cargo waybill. Fill in the contents of the above items correctly.
The following contents shall be reviewed in detail in accordance with relevant regulations:
1. Whether the consigned goods can be transported by container;
2. Whether the container can accept the tonnage, type and specification of the container;
3. Whether the items to be noted are accurate and complete;
4. Whether the weight, number of pieces, size of the goods, etc. are filled in according to the regulations. If it is confirmed that it can be carried, the date on which the goods should enter the station or the date of loading on the waybill means that the consignment is accepted.
Second, carry out the container cargo allocation plan
According to the arrival and quantity of the all-accepted freight forwarders of the station, the number of empty containers and the number of boxes to be delivered, the direction and quantity of the vehicles to be loaded, the boxes to be packed and the residual containers, and the terminals outside the station. Containers and other information, to make a collection plan.
After the completion of the assembly plan, the shipper and the carrier cargo carrier will be notified in time so that the shipper can arrange the vehicle organization to purchase the goods and the cargo carrier to prepare for the carriage.
Third, the cargo box
1, the whole box of goods
The packing of the FCL can be done in the station or outside the station. If the box is packed in the station, the shipper will deliver the goods to the station according to the delivery date specified by the station. The field freighter will allocate the empty box, and the shipper will organize the packing by himself and seal it after packing.
If the box is packed outside the station, the shipper usually transports the empty box to the unit according to the pick-up date specified by the station, and delivers the heavy box to the station after the seal is applied. No matter where the box is, the shipper must check whether the container is damaged or not, after receiving the empty box allocated by the field freighter.
The quantity and quality of the goods in the box are the responsibility of the shipper. Therefore, the seal must be carried out by the shipper himself, and the carrier must not accept the commission of the seal.
2, LCL cargo box
LCL goods are consignment shipments of a number of different consignors to the same railway to the station. At present, there are two forms of operation: railway consolidation and consolidation station consolidation.
(1) The freight of the LCL cargo shall be charged according to the LTL cargo, but the LCL fee shall be charged separately. The loading and unloading of goods and the acceptance and delivery of goods are the responsibility of the railway. Therefore, the “Lands of LCL” stamp should be stamped on the transport documents such as the freight bill of lading, the receipt of goods and the ticket. All bills of goods in the same box shall be enclosed in the "railway container LCL freight bill envelope".
(2) Consolidation at the terminal, which is the use of railway containers or partially self-contained containers at the terminal, which will be transported and delivered by the terminal at the collection and distribution station, and the goods of the same consignee at the same station will be installed in a container.
